Procedure to Issue Instant ATM Card
Before issuing ATM cards
kindly ensure the following conditions are fulfilled.
1.Minimum balance in account should be Rs. 50/-
2.CIF should be updated with the latest KYC
documents.
3.Update Mobile number and email id if possible
as message alert service is available.
4.There must not be any special characters and
numbers in the account name. If any name modification is there in CIF id pl
modify in CMRC @ CIF level and in HAALM menu in account level. Only supervisor
can access the command HAALM . One supervisor has to modify the name and
another supervisor has to verify the same.
PROCEDURE TO BE FOLLOWED BY THE COUNTER CLERK
1.Invoke CCMM menu
2.Function - Add
3.Enter CIF ID of the customer
4.Click on GO(F4)
5.Enter the account number of the customer and
check the name of the customer
6.Select Card Type as Instant
7.Enter the KIT number which is available on ATM
card envelope
8.Select Primary A/c Flag as YES
9.Select Action as New Card Request
10.Click on SUBMIT(F10)
11.You will get the message “The record is added
successfully”.
PROCEDURE TO BE FOLLOWED BY THE SUPERVISOR
1.Invoke CCMM menu
2.Function - Verify
3.Enter CIF id of the customer
4.click on GO(F4)
5.All the Details will be fetched automatically
6.Verify the details with the application and ATM
envelope
7.Click on Submit(F10)
8.You will get a message “Record verified
successfully”.
These requests will be downloaded and processed
by Bangalore CPC at once and cards will be active by next day morning.
